Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees for competitions are generally non-refundable once a submission or evaluation process has begun, given the nature of competition scheduling and resource allocation. Specific exceptions are outlined below.

• Users may request cancellation of a competition registration within 48 hours of payment, provided the competition has not yet commenced.
• Cancellation requests after this window, or after the competition has started, will generally not be eligible for a refund.
• To request a cancellation, email info@trifolix.in with your registration details and reason for cancellation.

If a competition is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or discontinued by the Company for reasons such as insufficient participation or unforeseen circumstances, registered users will be offered either:

• A full refund of the registration fee, or
• Free transfer of registration to an alternate competition of equivalent value, at the user's choice.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of registration.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The competition or evaluation process has already begun.
• The user was disqualified for violating competition rules or the Terms & Conditions.
• The user simply changes their mind after the 48-hour cancellation window.
• Incorrect information was provided by the user during registration.

If a payment was deducted from your account but the registration was not confirmed due to a technical error, please contact us with your payment reference ID. Verified failed-transaction amounts will be refunded in full within the timelines mentioned in Section 5.
