These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Company regarding your use of the IAC App and Website. Use of the App confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

• The App is intended primarily for students. Users under the legally applicable age of consent must have parental or guardian consent before creating an account or participating in competitions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

You agree to use the App and Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, Website, or related systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Registration for a competition is confirmed only upon successful submission of required details and, where applicable, payment of the registration fee.
• The Company reserves the right to modify competition dates, formats, categories, or evaluation criteria at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
• Submissions must be the participant's own original work unless otherwise specified.
• The Company's decision on evaluation, scoring, and rankings is final.

Certain competitions or features may require payment of a fee, processed through secure third-party payment gateways. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Certificates, badges, rankings, and awards are issued based on the Company's evaluation criteria at the time of the relevant competition. Certificates are provided digitally unless stated otherwise and are non-transferable.

Users are expected to interact respectfully with the platform, staff, and other participants. The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants or suspend accounts found engaging in cheating, plagiarism, harassment, or any conduct that violates these Terms.

All content on the App and Website, including logos, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of Trifolix Consulting Private Limited unless otherwise credited, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The App may integrate third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, payment gateways, and analytics providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for their practices.

The App and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trifolix Consulting Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website, including loss of data or inability to participate in a competition.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Website at our discretion, including in cases of violation of these Terms, without prior notice where circumstances warrant.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
